How to protect eyes from long laptop usage?

Using this feature can help reduce eye strain by keeping your screen’s brightness comfortable for the lighting around you. Check your laptop’s settings to see if auto-brightness is available and turn it on if it is.

3. Use Night Light for Late-Night Work

Many laptops have a “Night Light” mode that adjusts your screen to warmer colors after dark, which is easier on the eyes. 4. Maintain a Comfortable Viewing Position

Positioning your laptop screen correctly can also reduce eye strain. Sit about 20–25 inches away from the screen and adjust it so you’re looking slightly downward at the display. This comfortable angle helps prevent eye strain and promotes good posture, which also benefits your neck and back.

5. Keep Your Screen Clean

Dust and smudges on your screen can increase eye strain because they make the display harder to read. Regularly clean your laptop screen with a microfiber cloth to keep it clear and comfortable to look at.
